What is the best thing you can do to get healthy. Reports out this year say that you should take 10,000 steps a day. That means keep moving. But what about water? Is that really important and how much. Some say 8 glasses a day. And what about sleep. Research shows that at least 7 hours a night is ideal. So why is America just getting fatter? It’s because people don’t eat enough fruits and vegetables. They used to say 6 servings a day now they are saying you want more maybe even twice that. Man that’s a lot of chomping even for a rabbit. So the question remains can you eat yourself to health? Maybe the way to diet is to just load up on those fruits and vegetables. But would a juice diet work?
